“I love the phone it does everything I want it to do and Mobiles co uk made it easy to purchase however, in the future I will avoid any contract with Vodafone since after having the phone only 19 days they increased the monthly charges. I rang to ask how they could justify the increase after only having the phone for such a short period of time and was met with an arrogance that does not befit such a large company. I accept that there is small print that allows a company to increase the monthly charges but to fall foul of an increase only five days after the option to return finishing shows how carefully they thought things through. They knew I would of returned the phone if they had told me of the increase before the 14 days option to return was up. As I said Mobiles uk were excellent and I would deal with them again no problem but I will avoid any contracts associated with Vodafone.”
