“Sadly after weeks of being told the sim card was at fault it turns out the phone is completely broken. I was told I had a 12 month warranty but its actually only 6months and apple have no warranty for this phone at all. Because I was out of the 30 day return mobile.co.uk have accepted no responsibility and I am now in talks with car phone warehouse who are also struggling to get the phone sent back for repair. Very bad service from your company and will not use again and will not recommend.”
“I have had nothing but trouble with the iPhone and after contacting EE about 4 to 5 times to cancel they just fob me off and put me on to a different department that put me on to someone else and still don’t do nothing to help this is the worst contract I’ve ever been on and will be cancelling.”
