“Upon opening the phone the screen was glitchy, I sent it back the same day I received it, cancelled the order outright and had to pay O2 £9 for no usage and then 4 weeks later receive this request to review! Brilliant”
“For someone who has always used a blackberry I am extremely pleased with this product...only draw back for me is that instructions for usage are not always clear which has meant I used up all my data within 2 weeks of purchase. Whilst an expensive gadget I think once I have got more used to the technical aspects of this phone I will enjoy its full benefits; the costs of the screen protector and phone cover were dear but I'm told by Apple these will extend the phones life...not sure why the screen itself is not made of same durable material. The camera quality is excellent.”
“Only reason for less than 5 stars on the handset is that the headphones have already broken!! One of the earpieces has fallen out of its mounting and is therefore no longer working. I would have expected them to last a lot longer than this. So yes handset is great and would be 5 stars on its own, but the headphones supplied with it are extremely poor. I assume this is covered by Apple's warranty as the phone is so new, so we will see if we can get a replacement set.”
