“The first phone sent out was Faulty as couldn't connect to Wi-FI. It took the dealer 3 days to exchange phone. Moreover it was no a swap like other dealers and networks, they collected phone one day and get delivered a new one after checking the faulty one after 2 days! I was without phone for 3 days....”
