“The purchase process was very smooth thorugh the website. I can't comment on customer service since I didnt have any dealings with them.
The phone got delivered very quickly as promissed however upon arrival it was simply the iphone in its own box put inside a thin plastic DPD bag. There was no protection whatsoever and when I opened the plastic bag the iPhone box was battered at the edges. The phone inside seemed fine however it was evident that the parcel had been thrown in and out of the delivery vans without a care in the world. Considering this is a £700 device i would have expected a lot more care to be taken.”
“No problem from start to end. The upgrade deal offered from Mobiles.co.uk was far superior to my upgrade deal direct with Vodafone. Although the monthly cost was the same, I saved around £150 on the up front handset cost and the data allowance was beefed up from 4gb to 7gb...no brainier really. Would suggest anyone who has an upgrade to compare with Mobiles.co.uk before committing. I order the new upgrade online in a simple process on the Thursday and was at my door by courier the following morning at 08:30 which is unbeatable. Being delivered by courier, I was able to track the delivery and got an email and text with a 1 hour delivery slot. Not managed to fully set up the phone yet as is a surprise upgrade gift for the wife (birthday next week) but don't expect any issues.”
