“Haven't used this phone yet as it's a Xmas gift for my daughter, however, never again will I use mobiles.co.uk. They messed everything up on me and after spending 1hr 4mins on the phone with them and being put on hold at least 10 times, and evey time I asked to speak to a manager they said there was none, then I couldn't even speak to a team leader who must have been to scared to speak to me, nothing was resolved. I just got my mobile bill in and it's only cost me £39 to speak to these people and got no where. I took out a contract with EE though mobiles.co.uk on the 1st of Nov but saw that Vodafone had a better deal, so I phoned up mobiles.co.uk on 11th to cancel EE and this was still in my 14 day cancellation period. The fella I spoke to was a very nice person and I trusted he would cancel EE and he was convincing that he knew what he was doing and talking about, but NO he didn't and now I'm stuck with an EE contact for 2 years! To be told by these people that they've done all they can do on their side and that I've to contact EE myself. Total joke this company is and I would advise to stay away from them. And to be part of Carphone Warehouse and Dixons, maybe they should stick to trying to run one company at a time and train their staff properly.”
“Seems fine. Hard to understand what features it has without trawling through 136 (?) pages of instructions. Could do with a simple guide of most useful and used features. Maybe there is one, but I haven't found it, so there's the point!”
