“I really didn't know what to expect. Arrived fast, had scratches on it, noticeable on the back (was like the last owner scraped it along a very rough surface) and a couple of very small ones on the front. Can I remind mobiles.co.uk that on the packaging it arrives in it says "as good as new"- this is not the case it should say "has been used, looks used". The "Apple" plug for the USB does not fit plug sockets, it is very difficult to get it in and if I’m lucky to get in the socket it doesn’t charge, therefore it is faulty (the USB is fine). The phone it's self is like all other iPhones, camera is good, I'm also not very happy with the O2 letter I received after I accepted a £20.00pm contract for two years during my order with mobiles.co.uk. The letter tells me it's £21.00 per month and the goes up being adjusted in April and then again after. This is not acceptable, I’m not a massive mobile phone user, I mainly use it for calls, text and the camera (not data) -Don't fall for the con of the hidden charges especially with o2!”

“Bit confused I wasn’t told it’s a refurbished phone, I was told it was returned as a customer ordered the wrong colour! Also i wasn’t told headphones wouldn’t be included, the phone looks fine, I’ve not yet tried it as just returned from holiday but really disappointed re headphones.”
