“Really difficult to rate my iPhone 8 64 GB Refurbished - I was initially told on the call that a refurbished phone was one that simply hadnt been taken out of the box, and was like brand new. But the phone arrived and since it came, I have been unable to receive calls (people call and it goes to voicemail) and unable to make calls. I've been passed between Carphone Warehouse and O2 support, resulting in having to go to the O2 shos for two Sim swaps, spending ages on the phone to the O2 guru, speaking to Carphone Warehouse and being told it wasnt their problem, until finally going into the Carphone Warehouse store, to go though all the tests again - the phone was eventually sent off on Saturday for 'repair', I currently have no phone and may not have one for another two weeks - I've missed important calls and do a lot of travelling up and down the motorway, but without a phone feel 'unsafe'. Really wish I hadn't agreed to buy this now. Shambles.”
