“I decided go for a reconditioned phone as i know sometimes they have only just been opened and used for 2 weeks....
I have had problems with the phone from about month 3, Although I can use Facebook and Instagram and also Snapchat I am unable to browse the net, making this ridiculously annoying, I have to connect to free wifi whenever i go out - I have had a few times been credited by EE for not being able to use the net but I do think its a problem with the phone.
I have tried numerous of times to call up and upgrade but can never get through.
I wouldn't recommend a reconditioned phone.”

Checks clearly not completed before handset was sent out.
Although the handset was refurbished, it was sold as perfect. On the plus side, I purchased 2 other handsets that are indeed working perfectly.”
