“the phone is great (samsung A5) i tryed to get a contract with EE but got told a fat no, nobody told me that i had been refused until i phoned mobiles direct. when they tryed again i was refused again, once again i was not told why or even helped to try to get this issue resolved just told that it will not work and basicaly told your best bet is to just pick another contract provider which in the end i did,after that everthing ran really smooth right down to the delivery on the date and the time”
