“My new phone was provided with a new sim card which meant changing my number which I didn't wish to do as I have 220 contacts many overseas. I was send ing the phone back after two attempts to transfer data from one phone to the other and both having failed.
The person who I talked to a person to see how to do it.
He advised me simply to use my sim card from the oold phone and I did this and the phone works ok, not better than my previous phone and the e-mail won't work despite it working properly on my old phone.
I have again tried two shops to sort this issue but no success. I also miss several items my old phone was good at, It could be set so as not to switch off when at home or in the car, the new one doesn't do this.
So, my old phone was better, more useful and orked properly and without any fuss, the new one doesn't despite several visits to shops and the online help system is a farce.
