“After 30 days, my phone has developed an intermittent fault (sometimes it will not switch on). Mobiles.co.uk website directs me to contact Carphone Warehouse, whose response is that they are unable to send for repair phones bought through a sister company - I could try contacting Samsung! The alternative suggestion was to take the phone to the 'Geek Squad' in a different Carphone Warehouse store (a store that does not show up at all on Mobiles.co.uk's 'Help' link). This store is 20 miles away in a town I rarely visit.
I am not impressed with a company that is keen to sell me a phone but offers an inaccurate and incomplete follow-up service.”
“There is a problem with the phone as it has stopped working on two or three occasions.
It can be rectified by taking the back off and removing the battery. When the battery is replaced and the back put back on phone starts up again and is fine. It is obviously an
intermittent fault.
Apart from that I am happy with the phone.”
“I brought this on 9th December from the 3rd wk it kept on saying tab has crashed and switched off automatically couple if times though charged caused me lot of hassle now he to take it to Samsung showroom to verify checked by engineer”
“I like the phone have had couple of problems battery life seems short ive gone through and taken off anything I can thats draining it but still it needs charging each day, worried how bad it will be one year from now.
Im still waiting for the automatic cash back - tried contacting mobiles but not getting very far yet”
“I thought you cant get better then S3 but this S5 mini is a beauty.It is slightly smaller then S3 but excellent in all ways.
Also using cashback , the amount I will pay in 24 months is still less then the price of the new phone.
