“The phone is probably ACE - I'll never know because I had to return it ! The service from this company (Mobiles.co.uk) was pathetic ! I need 'WiFi Calling on EE'. I spoke to one of their advisors before placing my order - he assured me that this Option was available on this handset so I placed the order. Phone & SIM arrived next day BUT no 'WiFi Calling'. Second advisor stressed that I had been misled - WiFi Calling not available - please return handset and we'll cancel the Contract. Still waiting for confirmation that Contract has been cancelled and now been hit for £30 Call Charges to their Support Number ! AVOID THIS COMPANY / WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS !!!!!”

Only down side is some software that can't be removed ie. Knox but that is Samsungs fault, I think.

“I was slightly worried about it being refurbished, but as it happens, it was in as new condition, though not with original packaging. The Samsung itself is a good phone, compared with an iPhone 6S for example. Very quick, with an excellent screen. I'm very pleased with it. Nobody is paying me to say this, but mobiles.co.uk are an excellent company compared with dealing directly with your carrier - much better prices!”
