“I purchased this product via a cashback website, and when it came time to give cashback, mobiles.co.uk categorically denied stating I cancelled the order, which of course a lie, coz I am still using the phone. When I mentioned, if your system states I cancelled the order, why haven't I received the purchase price back, I was told the cashback is provided via a system and we can't help you....totally useless merchant and seriously bad decision to buy phone from this merchant....AVOID IT.”
