Samsung Galaxy S7 Reviews

4.5 Rating 214 Reviews
Purchased the phone for a Christmas present but a week after Christmas the phone started to restart itself every morning, a problem we've had with other Samsung phones. Organised for an exchange on the phone and still haven't received the replacement which means we have paid nearly a month worth of contract for a phone we haven't had. Also had to do lots of chasing up and ringing as we haven't been kept up to date about the exchange.

Great phone; great price; great data, minutes and texts in the deal; fast delivery; easy setup; now with Vodafone which means I can actually get a signal in my house, unlike O2 where I couldn't get a signal unless I was hnaging out of the window - what's not to love!?!

14 day money back guarantee is non existent. Very difficult to obtain return address and have been billed for a service I haven't used and have cancelled. Still waiting for refund. Returned the unopened phone the day I received it. A month later I'm still waiting. Never buy from Mobiles.Co. UK or car phone warehouse or O2. Their customer service poor and unhelpful O2 have taken £ out of my account when I don't have a contract and haven't used the phone. My bank are dealing with them. AVOID

Previously had a Samsung Galaxy S5 so it was an easy decision to stick with Samsung and upgrade to an S7. As always, mobiles.co.uk came up with the best deal. What can I say? What a fantastic phone. The camera is absolutely awesome, a big improvement on the S5's and that's saying something. The phone itself is so quick and responsive and I like the addition of the fast charging facility. Shame they've done away with the replaceable battery but most phones are going that way. I guess it's an excuse to upgrade in a couple of years when the battery inevitablyou dies. The S7 has a more premium feel. Gone is the plasticky feel of the S5 although I could see no real benefit on paying extra for the Edge. The phone does get hot, particularly if you're using it while charging but I am not worried about it having the same problem as the notorious Note. The S7 is simply the best android phone I could find out there at present and I tested all the competitors for price and spec (with the exception of the Google Pixel as it hadn't been released at the time).

As a loyal user of Samsung, it would be difficult to compare with other brands, but this particular Samsung phone is excellent. I previously had Note I and was reluctant to go down to a smaller screen, but I should not have worried. Smaller size is friendlier for my handbag, easier to handle for phone calls and the screen has a brilliant resolution, easy to see, enlarge and manipulate to your liking. It is very fast and friendly. The camera is another pleasant surprise. After many years of carrying our camera around, we went for a holiday with our phones only and photos were excellent. We snapped daily as phones were always with us and did not have to compromise on the quality of shots. I would strongly recommend S7 to any user.

The battery life is awful on this phone. I always have to use power saving option at work to optimise performance. Got switched from iphone 6s to s7 for a change and get android experience. Not needing to use iTunes is the best thing in life. Transferring files got a lot easier.
