“I purchased a new contract on Black Friday and have spent the past month trying to get the actual deal I paid for. The customer service at mobiles.co.uk is atrocious, there is no easy way to make contact and when you receive a reply via email there is no option to reply and no contact number provided.
Each email is signed off saying please do not hesitate to contact me if the problem is not resolved yet there is no option for this. The only option is to raise another issue which then gets handed to another services rep.
I have bought several times before from mobiles.co.uk but am appalled by the customers services.
My mobile is still on an incorrect tarif with both mobiles.co.uk and Vodafone blaming each other.
Mobiles.co.uk have assured me that Vodafone are dealing with this however Vodafone deny this is the case and refuse to change my tarif.”
“First model was defective, efficiently replaced by Mobiles. It's a lovely phone, but oddly have been spoilt by Chinese manufacturers on things like screen gestures, big battery, double-tap to wake, and much better recharge technology.”
“Moving up from the S5 to the S7 I wasn't expecting much difference but was I wrong! The phone feels more natural in your hand and feels easier to use. The look is much more sophisticated and sleek, turn it on and the graphics wow you instantly, scan your fingerprint for access and off you go. The screen is clear and great for watching movies as well as day to day use but as with every phone I have used the sound is the biggest let down as a phone it is fine but for music...well...but nothing a bluetooth speaker or decent set of headphones doesn't sort out. One vast improvement is the Hands free/voice recognition which works without me having to change the way I speak. The camera on this is much better than that on the S5 but is a disappointment after the promises from Samsung, it is a good camera but not much more than that.
