Returned it and after the 5 working days hadn't heard anything called mobiles and they said they would get it sent out and would be with me in a few days as it was a Friday. I explained I needed the phone asap and was told they would get it out next day... but they made a mistake and sent out a sim card. Called to complain again and then eventually received a working handset. Love the actual phone though!”
