“no earphones and no otg adapter no instructions and not an original box no sim tray pin opener and also nearly threw away the contract sim that was just thrown in the plastic wrapper and not placed in the box. very poor.”

“Ordered refurb Samsung S7. Delivered very next day. Not a mark on it. Absolutely love the phone. However, couldn't get a signal at all when at work so phoned mobiles.co.uk. to cancel and rebuy on a different network. Didnt have to though as they sent a new SIM card for another network and changed my contract over. Everything fine now. Very impressed with their Customer Service. Would highly recommend.”
