“I would have liked to acquired a new S7 but my finances allowed me only to get a refurbished phone. It looks every bit as good as new and works the same. The initial difference being the cost. The only thing I found was you may not get a user manual as I never or a key for opening the drawer for SIM and memory card. The manual/instructions can be downloaded straight from Samsung and the key can be purchased from eBay and such. If careful a thin wire or pin can be used. Although the S8 is out and the newer S9 is soon to be released, the S7 new or refurbished is a terrific smartphone to pick up and save money. The S7 although not the newest leader from Samsung it still belongs in the top class of mobile smartphones. I like mine a lot.”
