“Very disappointing and I couldn't possibly recommend this firm to anybody, infact in a crowded market with so much choice simply don't use them!!! they delivered my phone several days late, without advising the lateness, from day 1 it has a technical fault and freezes and reboots.. ive tried over 20 times calling them... they never answer despite being on hold 15 to 20 minutes a time.. I emailed them, only offer was return phone and wait 10 to 14 days with no phone... hardly acceptable a suffer loss of phone for 2 weeks due to them sending me a broken one... I still cant get hold of them on the phone and they refuse to acknowledge or respond to mails, so I'm currently stuck paying a monthly fee for a broken phone.”
“Sir, I am very disappointed with this phone. condition is fine, just o/s is so confusing. I have gone back to my older i-phone in frustration. When you consider that I have jumped from £8 per month to £18 per month, I am in the same position as before but £10 per month worse off. Furthermore the Vodaphone service is poor compared to the carrier I was previously using. Non-contact, regular dropouts,, and delayed receipt of text messages to my phone are all contributing to a thoroughly miserable experience. “It's a shame to write a really poor review for this phone as I have since gone to another company and purchased a brand new one. As soon as this refurb arrived it was riddled with problems that left the screen hot and flashing green lines all over the screen so I couldn't see anything. It couldn't be switched off either so stayed in that state until the courier came to collect it. Couldn't wait to get it out of the house. Shame.”
