“Nothing wrong with the phone just very disappointed with the customer service. The phone was ordered as a birthday present and I was told to sit back and relax as I would be given a 1 hour time slot as to when my phone would be delivered. I was never contacted and of course missed the delivery which in turn meant my daughter did not get her present as the next day was a Sunday so could not pick up. I picked up myself on the Monday as I had no confidence in getting it delivered. I contacted the mobiles team asking for an explanation but all I got was an email stating we see you now have your phone and no explanation why I was not contacted for the original delivery. I emailed again days ago and still haven't heard anything .”
