Your company are yet to email me the terms and conditions of the contract they said they would send. They also failed to explain and highlight the tariff and data provided is not long terms and drops from 12 gb to 3 gb which is below my original contract.
I was mislead and will be addressing this to the ombudsmen.
Customers should be given clear and vital information and I was mislead into buying into a contract which is not feasible. Once my contract is up I will not be using your services. mobiles.co.uk
