“Although there is nothing functional wrong with phone, Indeed it is excellent, I am appalled at the response, or lack of, to feedback that I left on the sellers site. I ordered the phone with the request to keep my old number, the phone came with a different number, I tried three times to call Mobiles.co.uk and each time I received an automated message telling me that call volumes were high and the waiting time would be 45 min at my expense. I contacted me supplier who said that they could not help because of the way the Mobile.co.uk buy the phones originally. I am now using the phone on a pay as you go sim so that I could port my original number yet still paying the contract fee, how does that work. what a rip off. I sent Mobiles feedback and an email but 6 weeks later I still have had no response.”
