“Probably the worse company I have ever dealt with. Mis-sold a 12GB Tarrif on 02 which was actually 3GB. The issue was never rectified and they tried to tell me that I could not return due to the SIM being used. Terrible customer service and unprofessional. According to the Communication Ombudsman service they are operating illegally. Be warned as due being a reseller and not a telecoms company they are not directly regulated. Messages sent to trading standards. 02 finally agreed to my return who are regulated by the communication ombudsman service. Do yourself a favour, buy direct, cut out the Reseller as they try to operate illegally and claim they can waive your statutory rights to cancel contracts or return goods. BE WARNED.”
