“Was sceptical at first using a Web site rather than an shop or outlet store you can visit. Need not to have worried , my experience has been a good one, with noise issues to date. “So... I've had my phone for 10 days now & not been able to use It! I'm highly disappointed. Apparently I had to wait 48hours at least for the contract to be set up which it's way past now. My old contract is with 02 & so is my new one but I'm being passed from pillar to post between Mobiles.co.uk & 02 every time I phone as none of them think the problem is on their part. Also I just want to swap my number from old SIM to new SIM card which again shouldn't be a problem because they are both 02! So I'm probably paying two contracts now and this is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age to be waiting so long. Every time I phone... which is costing me time & money still nothing gets sorted!”
“It has not worked since I got it. When I spoke to Mobiles.co.uk they told me I should contact the srvice provider. I did, and the maker Samsung, too,but no satisfaction anywhere.”
“So far so good. Replacement for my dying Vertu. The difference in speed is noticeable. Not sure as to the durability of the screen compared to solid crystal but time will tell. Overall, not disappointed with the phone. Good deal on contract though.”
