“I got the phone as an upgrade for my son. I have a Samsung galaxy note 8 and in comparison the J5 is slower, but not by much. It has a very good screen, very bright and colourful. Sound is good and the phone is well made. Having had every Galaxy S phone since the Galaxy S2, I can honestly say that this midrange phone definitely holds its own. I highly recommend this phone and of course, the excellent service from Mobiles.Co.UK.”
“I no longer have the phone, my wife does not have hers, either! We were told by your salesman, that there was a 24 month contract! BUT, my wife received a letter from Vodaphone, with payment plan, to say we would each have to pay £75 a month, or thereabouts! We did not get any kind of explanation from your customer service rep..
