“Unfortunately, never received the SIM card from Vodafone via Mobiles.co.uk... so order was cancelled. So never actually had an account, nor did I have an opportunity to rate it sadly. Wouldn't particularly recommend this service.”
“Still not received anything a week after ordering a sim. Customer service very unhelpful. Can’t log in to my account most of the time, just keeps going back to log in. Virtual agent just keeps sending same question after I answer it. Absolute waste of time and energy trying to deal with them. I imagine getting the cash back deal by sending my bills in. On months 2 4 6 8 10 will be more hard work than it’s worth of twenty four pounds. I will now attempt to cancel this contract and go with someone more reliable.”
