“I ordered a 200GB vodafone upgrade SIM with "cashback by redemption" on black friday. The mobiles.co.uk website was not accepting orders so I had to phone them to place the order.
So far, a month later they have failed to supply me with an "order id" which I need to claim the £72 cashback and I have contacted them twice to try to get one. On the first call I was told "it takes 14 days" so I waited. Then I was told "it takes 21 days and it will be emailed to you".
Now, a month has passed and still no sign of an order id for me to setup my cashback claims.
I guess I have to keep phoning them to try to get one.

“I've used Mobiles.co.uk for many years and yet to be disappointed with them. Their customers service waiting times are pretty reasonable and quick to answer if calling. The Live Chat is a hit and miss, a bit difficult to get through to a Human Agent. As all Live Chat have AI programmed in them, so a bit difficult to bypass that if you have a specific enquiry that the AI just doesn't know to answer your questions.
The SIM itself is always good, smooth process ordering it and got a free item as a gift with my 24-Month Sim-Only Deal with Vodafone. Mobiles.co.uk offer A LOT more cheaper monthly payments compared to the official provider directly through their website, hence why I have also chosen Mobiles.co.uk so many times, always a winner for me.
