“I signed up for an eSIM 7 days ago and set up PAC transfer for Friday 13th February and I am still connected, have spent days on the phone trying to sort with both Vodafone’s customer service team and your customer service team. Yesterday I cut short a trip in Paris and paid for a new flight to return to the UK to try and sort as number is for work and contact for elderly relative and I have no way of calling anyone as I have no phone and the chat bots for Vodafone do not work, I left a similar message on trust pilot for Vodafone and received a response that I cannot reply to, it will be interesting if you contact me to help however remember you can only get to me on email or through WhatsApp, if I wrote everything on here it would take me all day, this was a simple eSIM and porting of old number and I have neither”
“I have not received the sim despite having submitted my PAC code and agreed a switch date this Friday. Looks as though I’m going to have to chase it. Really disappointed feel as though I’ve been forgotten about”
