“I have placed my order on the 26/11/25 asking for the porting number on 03/12/25. My existing number was disconnected on the 28/12/25. Received a Vodafone SIM on 29/12/25, which doesn't work until today the 04/12/25. I had take time off to visit store as customer service over phone with Vodafone can't verify me with out sending me 4 digit code. Mobile.co.uk customer service raising hand saying that we have done everything correctly, Vodafone had to cancel my line today as porting is not successful. Extremely disappointed.”
“Really bad customer support service from www:mobiles.co.uk. I asked for an upgrade on existing plan which was coming to end of contract and they just sent me a new sim with a new contract. So effectively I had to contracts running in parallel. I called within 5 days to see what was going on. I was assured that the old contract would be cancelled. It never was cancelled. I have called several times and each time I hear apologies but no action. I was assured that a manager would call me to review resolve the problem and wad given a call back time, but no one had bothered to call me....”
