“Hi there, when I ordered my new upgrade SIM my current SIM was disconnected the following day leaving me without and mobile data and therefore unable to make mobile calls or use my phone for any communications outside of WI-FI for 1.5 days until the new SIM arrived. Not the experience you would expect or desire.”
