“I bought vodafone sim only plan with 70gb monthly data, vodafone gave me only 50gb data, after contacting them they said me to contact carphone warehouse, they said 24 hours wait, again contacted Vodafone, as a “resolution” they just deactivated my number from vodafone, after having NO SERVICE I needed to contact them from my another phone, so after that they reactivated my number, and got service with 70GB data hopefully, but because of deactivation and activation, vodafone messed up with my first month bill, when I bought the sim only plan as usual vodafone sent me first month bill in that I was getting refund for the previousl plan for which I have paid but haven’t used, plus I was charged for specific amount of days untill when my new bill generated , but after deactivation and activation done by Vodafone, I have lost refund of previous plan and making me to pay for whole month . So yeah it was full day I have spent with Vodafone, carphone warehouse, even after that no solution, and more problems, as now I am loosing money.”
