“Never actually received the mobile from mobiles.co.uk!! They dispatched it with DPD and it never arrived- after days of trying to get through to both DPD and Mobiles.co.uk I was informed that the sender had requested the phone back and to 'try again to apply for credit again in 6 months'. Never been declined credit ever before and my credit score is in good shape so didn't believe the excuse. However, I've still been charged by O2 for this contract AND the 'hard search' has impacted my credit score now! The irony! Would never recommend and do not trust!”
