I spoke to customer services as my daughter opened her new phone xmas day without a sim! I was not impressed at all. Customer services told me I would receive a cheque, equivalent of 1 months rental, I'm still waiting

Brilliant phone easy to use. Brilliant service from start to finish with mobiles.co.uk which was very quick and helped make my daughter very happy to receive this for xmas.

Excellent phone for the money; very very happy. Screen size is perfect. Only complaint is no facility to increase storage or replace the battery; an issue I knew about before my purchase, but would be good to have that option if needed.

Phone is of good build and quality. The software/operating system is restrictive compare to Android. Phone arrived next day (Sunday), but was concerned that the delivery company attempted to open my home door! The phone was unable to store photos and had to format the phone and reinstall the operating system to resolve. All sorted after that and phone is fully functional.

Arrived promptly, good protective packaging and nice company to deal with ! Phone looks a bit fragile so have ordered protective case, but its up and running and teen son loves it.

Phone has totally died after 8 days and now faced with the palaver of changing it...writing this for 20 word minimum? Why!!! I'm counting words!!!

The deal I arranged online was for a 32gb iPhone 6s so I don't know why I have just had a email stating me to write a review for my 16gb 6s must check to see I have been given the right phone as the company haven't got the name of it correct. 4g connection awful I thought ee was bad then I went back to Vodafone (even worse) maps on 6s has faults too

I had major problems concerning the delivery of my mobile phone and for just over two weeks was phoning Mobiles.co.uk, DPD and the police about my missing handset. I did feel I was getting the run around but Mobiles.co.uk replaced the missing mobile and I am now happy with my purchase. Only one thing is I have had to pay my contract for the time the phone was AWOL but Mobiles.co.uk have assured me that there is a cheque in the post as they will reimburse me for ant costs incurred. But still waiting on the cheque!!! Hopefully with the Crimbo period now over my cheque will arrive in next couple of days. I am happy now but it was a game of cat and mouse to I received my mobile phone.
