“After reading a lot of reviews for this company AFTER purchasing my phone, I was very worried with regards to getting the phone and inserting the SIM (at which point you cant return) and finding out the tariff was much higher than I wanted - this being a complaint from a few people. However, none of this occurred!! Customer service was fine only took a couple of rings to speak to someone when I had to call to confirm my order. I received my phone on the day specified via DPD and when I inserted the SIM and registered it with Vodafone online it came up with the exact tariff I had purchased. The handset fee was cheaper than anywhere else and by using uswitch comparison website I got an extra discount. It has now been about 4 weeks since getting my phone and so far so good! Really wished I just ignored most of the complaints and saved myself the worry as on reflection looking through them on other websites, most of them are actually in relation to the network provider and not in fact a Mobiles.co.uk.”
