“I have to be honest - the phone itself works absolutely fine (although I was told by a member of staff at o2 who used to work for mobiles.co.uk that they use reconditioned phones passed off as new) but the service from mobiles.co.uk was beyond awful.
There is a reason mobiles.co.uk have cheap deals! Their incompetence in sorting a problem which they created is unprecedented. It has taken over a month to get me on the correct contract, with hours of time and money (10 pence a minute isn't cheap when you're calling for 30 minutes multiple times a week) wasted on the phone and in store talking to staff who clearly haven't been trained properly and could not even tell me how they could rectify the issue.
A tip for all thinking of using mobiles.co.uk; don't.”

“Pleased with the phone, and had a good deal through mobiles.co.uk. Camera still isn't as good as some smart phones, but better than previous iPhone 5. I especially like moving pictures. Battery life is definitely better than my last phone and I like the bigger screen size. New finger print unlock is a but annoying that it unlocks if you press the home button. Sometimes, if I just want to check the time I don't want the phone unlocked, so that's taking some getting use to compared to my iPad Air.”
