“I wasn't very happy with the Mobiles.co.uk company , i received the phone and activated the sim, upon turning the phone on it updated the firmware using 1.3gb of data , i had literally had the phone for a day when i realised that IOS operating was a lot more restirctive than android and i could not perform tasks on it that i could on Android. I called the mobiles.co.uk company and discussed the items return and they advised me that as i hadput the sim card in the phone to activate it in order to use it that they would not accept a return of the item and that i would be bound to my contract for 2 years. Not impressed with these con men and have spoken to the financial services ombudsman and trading standards , my advice is save up for a phone and get a Giffgaff always on sim . CHeaper and faster. Mobiles.co.uk are part of the carphone warehouse group but dont advise you that as they like to remain seperate, clearly because mobiles.co.uk are a bad part of the company. Please dont buy from them!!!!”
“Very happy with the iPhone 6s. Also very happy with the service from mobiles.co.uk for the new contract, it was very easy and allowed me to break free from a provider who wanted to reward a customer of 7 years with uncompetitive prices and a 'you won't get it any cheaper than this' attitude. Well, mobiles.co.uk gave me a deal that was £20 per month cheaper with more data through a new provider, and it was painless. Totally recommend it.”
