The disconnection request has been sent to the network and once this has been received it will take approximately 3-5 working days to disconnect.
Once you have been disconnected, your network will send you a final bill confirming your disconnection. If there has been usage on your mobile phone, this will show on your final bill and you will be charged, otherwise no money will be taken.

“Purchased phone a 6s iPhone on vodaphone network via mobiles.co.uk. Still have not been able to complete set up with mobiles .co.uk completely washing their hands of any responsibility. They did admit vodaphone were having problems with internal systems but not their problem, however happy to sell these products. Looks a good deal but as I can verify no support”
