“The iPhone 6s itself is fine, it is a pity after at least 6 weeks I have been unable to try it out. The first phone that mobiles.co.uk sent out never arrived (lost or stolen) they nor the carrier DPD ever found out. Although I informed them I had not received it it took 3 weeks to organise a replacement. The phone number or sim was not the original and so confused everyone including the provider EE. I have spoken to several people at DPD. mobiles.co.uk and EE. I am hopeful that today the matter is being resolved and I will actually be able to use it. People said sorry, they would look into it and ring me back but never did. I eventually spoke to PETE over the EE live chat today who I believe understood at last and is sorting matter out. I have no service shown at the moment. Is there an ombudsman ???”
