i got to the mobiles.co.uk site through the uswitch.com website as i needed a new phone I was not disappointed, they had the phone i wanted, on a good value contract, staying with 02 and for £15 a month less than 02 had offered me if i went direct, as an upgrade. Delivery of the handset was swift and i was able to keep my own number. Overall an excellent experience and i have already recommended the website to various people.

Wanted a 6S for some time, the right deal came up and I went for it, Mobiles.co.uk were superb, communication updates from the start, next day delivery, even advising what time delivery..Perfect.

If I had realised that I can't keep my existing number I would never have used a 3rd party to take out a contract.

The phone is great and easy to use. It has all the features that I require and the tips can be very helpful. On occasion when I tap to change from lower case to upper case or from letters to symbols nothing happens and I have to tap several times before anything happens. This can be rather annoying!

The iPhone 6s itself is fine, it is a pity after at least 6 weeks I have been unable to try it out. The first phone that mobiles.co.uk sent out never arrived (lost or stolen) they nor the carrier DPD ever found out. Although I informed them I had not received it it took 3 weeks to organise a replacement. The phone number or sim was not the original and so confused everyone including the provider EE. I have spoken to several people at DPD. mobiles.co.uk and EE. I am hopeful that today the matter is being resolved and I will actually be able to use it. People said sorry, they would look into it and ring me back but never did. I eventually spoke to PETE over the EE live chat today who I believe understood at last and is sorting matter out. I have no service shown at the moment. Is there an ombudsman ???
