“I have left poor on all the above as i find it quite unbelievable that i have received this email considering i was refused the Iphone when i applied for one,when i contact yourselves to find out why i was told that it had been handed to the fraud department ?? Then on another phone call i was told there was no fraud department!!
My partner applied for a phone the same time as me and had no problem receiving his so i am still unaware as to why mt was refused.”

“As mentioned in my previous statement, the phone is too small in memory for my requirements, after the iphone back up download I can't use anything, no memory for photos, can't even use the camera, I've deleted 500 photo's only have 85 on my phone. Can't use Whatsapp, even my phone directory can't provide names just, numbers so I have no idea who is calling me? I can't use data when I'm out and about. I only have 3 pages of apps, no excessive, I have about 500 tracks but can't play any of them. As a phone, it's the worst I've had. It says 16GB, but on the capacity it says 11.8GB. Who do I need to speak to get a better phone? I was sold this with a view to it being a cheaper service, which it is, but unusable sadly.”
