“I can’t use my new phone as vodaphone are saying they will bill twice (one from you , one from them) as the phone was purchased from you not them, apparently it takes a month to keep my number on the new phone. Had I known all this headache I wouldn’t have bothered, I’m really upset that vodaphone are robbing thieves as my contract ended anyway, not up to them who I choose to use, had enough !!”
