“Haven't ordered a mobile phone online before. Paid £50 up front and the first month's payment was taken before I'd even received the phone, I can't remember being told about that. Used to have a sim only monthly rolling contract with three, I'm now getting stung by o2 on my second bill for calling an 08 number and picture messages, so take care whilst getting used to the contract! Otherwise happy with the service and overall package, 3gb data more than enough to cover usage during my daily train commute.”
“I decided to cancel my purchase the day after I made it. The phone had already been dispatched but Mobiles.co.uk agreed that I just sent it back. Weeks later I am being hounded by Vodafone for a contract I never started. I have outstanding bills for a SIM card I never opened. You cannot email Mobiles.co.uk, you have to call at 13p a minute, and each time I have been on for well over 30 minutes. I am now trying to resolve this with Vodafone. I would HIGHLY recommend you don't use Mobiles.co.uk”
“It's ashame that these hand sets don't have better offers especially when you've been with the company for some time. Not happy that 16gb are only the cheapest handsets you can get compared to the Samsung were you can put as much gb in their as you wish and it's not over priced like these iPhones”
“Haven't had an iPhone in a few years and thought I'd try again and I'm not disappointed! Battery life is better than I thought ( I know it normally is at first) and no lag at all. Would recommend!”
