“Normally I do not take the time or effort to write a review but seeing how greatful I am with mobiles.co.uk for their quick reply to getting me a phone I had to.
I was looking for the iphone 6s for quite some time , then one fine monday had checked the phone on a great deal in the morning and it was at a great price that gave me everything I needed, within a 2 hour time frame Mobiles.co.uk did the checks and confirmed the deal, they communicated all throughout the process and also had o2 my new network provider communicating with me to. By Tuesday I was the proud owner of a iphone great . I had gone to idmobile, who were a sim only company and ok they had a good deal for a good price ( 12.50 for 600 mins, unlimited texts , and 6 gig of data it just was a bare bone service and not that it was bad network just wasnt as big as o2 when it came to customer service or hassel free customoer service , which id mobile sort of lacked.
I am so glad I came back to o2 as not only does their network rule, but they have free wifi on the underground and also loads and loads of freebies from the o2 priority , although you could probably get more in terms of data, about a gig more ( im getting 3 gig at the moment ) I would still stick with o2 as you get what you pay for, good reception thats covered all around London .”
“Having been an "android man" for the last few years since my iPhone 4. It's great to pick up a phone that "just works" again. I was pleasantly surprised with the battery life on the 6s - with background app refresh and location turned off (these are not necessary for me) it will easily last 12 hours with moderate use. With a Spigen tough armor case and anker tempered glass screen protector I'd bet this quality phone will still look and feel new in a years time! And for a cheaper monthly cost than the flagship Samsung...”
“Rapid delivery of phone by Phones UK. Didn't manage to get it working for 2 months (Vodafone's fault) Just got it working and cracked the screen very easily.
Vodafone appalling customer service. Cancelled the wrong phone no. So charged me £533 cancellation charge. I have it back at last, but has taken 4 months of many phone calls.
Nightmare!”
