“When the phone arrived the battery did not charge; however, when I contacted the customer services they asked me to return the phone and they will send another once it has been received, which happened. Very happy with the service, which prompted me to buy another phone also.”

“I am very happy with mobiles.com and the phone I received and the cost! However my only negative is that I didn't realise how much data I would use having the iphone 6 so the data amount on my contract that I purchased in insufficient and I've not been able to contact anyone to see if I can amend the contract at all. I'd had the contact 2 weeks when I ran out data and the average hold time when I call to talk to someone about 10 minutes, and then I get cut off!
Considering I'm trying to call and see if I can get a MORE expensive contract with them to enable me more data, I think the customer service and help line is flawed.”
