The phone feels well balanced in your hand and it is very easy to navigate around the iOS system. Do not use ID touch because I found that this didn't work all the time. “It's still better to purchase from shop than through telesales or online as I'm trying to unlock the phone whilst I'm abroad but it keeps telling me that can't be unlock as its too new. I had no problem if I purchase the phone from shop. Also, it said on the paperwork if it's faulty I can take it back to carphone warehouse. I took it back and speak to the adviser, they didn't want to know as I purchased it online. All they say it's send it back where I purchase from:(”
