Not impressed at all. They say they use overseas banking and they can take money instantly but require up to 8 weeks to process a return!”

“Terrible service, from mobiles.co.uk, and o2. The 'unlocked' iphone was delivered and is now locked to 02, which they say is still in 'launch period' and cannot be unlocked. Nowhere on the website does it say that inserting a sim will lock the handset to that carrier, even though the phone is meant to be unlocked. After untold phone calls, not a single company can help me fix the issue (Mobiles.co.uk, o2, Vodafone, Apple) so I have had to go third party route which has voided the warranty.”
