“iPhone 6s 64gb , we have 2x 3g iPhone s 2 x 4s iPhone and 2 x 5s iPhone s and 1 iPad 4 and 1 ipad 5 and 1 iPad Air all bought new . We bought this new phone and had it 7 days on its second charge and screen was flashing and no way to power on . Googled the problem, turns out new 6s has bad connection from battery so Apple are aware and so I took back to car phone wharehouse, explained the problem and the fact I googled the problem ,young girl at currys/car phone wharehouse was very rude and difficult after wasting 30 mins eventually given new handset. Very angry and disappointed with set up , over £600 for handset, there should be no question of exchange unit at that price . Will do my best to spread the word about my bad experience. “The phone was returned within 24 hours due to failures to resolve contracting issues, neither Mobiles.co.uk or Vodafone were willing to assist therefor I had no option but to cancel the contract and return the handset. Never again will I do Buisness with either company, extreamly poor service from both.”
