“Told in Carphone Warehouse phone would be boxed etc - 2 x new contracts later we received 2 phones on cardboard and no chargers or earphones. One phone comes on intermittently and the other has a faulty battery. Since we held these fornour daughters birthday they are now outside 14 day return and we really don’t want an exchange. Very very disappointed.”
“Absolutely terrible, the phone came broken and when I tried to exchange it customer service were no help. They cancelled my contract without my consent and now I have been made to take out a different contract with tesco. Do not recommend.”
“The phone will show high battery, then drop to low instantly. Sometimes it will go flat when showing 50% battery previously. The sound quality on hands free calling is crackly. I have had problems with the screen malfunctioning. Sometimes the signal disappears and I have to switch it on and off. My iPhone 5c was much better, I have not been impressed at all with my phone from mobiles.com and would not recommend.
I would like the problem resolved however I know this will be at my inconvenience and leave me without a phone for a period of time which is not an option for me.”
“The phone was an unopened return , somitvwas in perfect condition , however the battery life is not be very good , I'm not sure if that's the new update causing a problem , or a poor battery . I'm still having to recharge every day as the battery runs down very quickly .”
“Okay. The man that sold this phone to me told me at the very end of the sale that it may come in different packaging because the original packaging may have been damaged. At no time was I told that it was a Grade A refurbished phone. That became obvious when it arrived. I've stayed with it because it looked okay. However, after 3 weeks, I've noticed that it gets very hot after moderate usage. I also cannot save photos from the internet if I want to. (occasionally it gives me the option to save image).
So at this stage I'm not overly impressed and I'm considering sending an official complaint to the said company.”
