“In all honesty, I am pretty disgusted with both my new phone and mobiles.co.uk. The phone itself had awful battery life and now won't charge or turn on. It's ten days old and I need to take it to apple now. I could never register with mobiles.co.uk to view my account nor could I get a reply to my four emails regarding this and my broken phone. I am not intending to use them again or recommend them to a friend. Very very poor service indeed.”
“Wasn't told this was to be a refurbished phone. Received a faulty charger with it and was told that I would be sent a replacement aswell and some headphones - 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting with no communication! Would not recommend.”
