“I decided it was time to get a more up to date phone after having an iphone 4s for years but i didnt want to spend too much so after coming across this website i decided on a reurbished iphone 6s, i have to admit i was a little dubious at first as to what i would be recieving but when it came i was pleasantly surprised! it wasnt in the original box but they do state, this but the phone itself was in immaculate condition active as soon as i put the sim card in. The communication from the company is very good although i did have to wait all day before it was confirmed that my order would go ahead, they, did however keep my informed that they were still processing my order. My phone still would have been delivered the very next day but i wasnt going to be in so i re arranged for delivery for the following day which was easy enough to do. Would use again, and have already recommended to a friend.”
“The iPhone 6s that has been sent out to has problems with the home button. I have to reset the phone more the once a day to get the home button to work. Doesn't accept my finger print all the time, after I have rescanning my print four times now. I would not get a refurbished phone again. Im still waiting for an email back about this problem and there are going to do to sort the problems out”

“My son zchris purchased the phone on my behalf in Oct while I was on sicklist. Asking to keep my old number gave problems from beginning. Still can't access my account smoothly the demand being to provide a mobile number valid in U.K. Spend much time chatting on line I thought this was sorted but same trouble cropped up again yesterday. I hate the phone and am bitterly disappointed with it. The photo procedure instead of being improved is less so. I feel it is still tied to the previous owner. Generally it is a big disappointment my old phone was better. How can I get this instrument changed for a better one? Marian Barstow”
