“Customer service if very poor. Not professional at all, they can't even solve very simple and basic problem.
Keep bouncing me to solve the handset problem one place to another. Fist they send me to carphonewherehoise in tooting than another branch than another. Finely they book it for repair without any temporary replacement.
Worse customer service ever. Handset not working properly, Bettery proble, sound problem.
Really disappointed for the service I have received and will never buy or recommend to anyone I know, in social media, social group, blog I manage with thousands of users. I am really angry and frustrated how can they deal with customers like that!”
“Faulty handset, didn't work at all unless connected to wifi- could not make or receive calls, texts or emails or connect to the Internet unless connected to wifi. Totally useless.
Had to wait for replacement sim to check it wasn't a problem with sim (it wasn't) so have been without a phone altogether and now back to using my broken old phone whilst I wait for a new handset to be sent out”
