“This is a realyy good phone for the price a month,the cameras great the battery life is fantastic and cortana is really useful the only thing that isNT amazing is the store u don't get as many apps and games a you would on android or iPhone but thats fine for me cause I have and android tablet For apps and games,if ur looking for a phone that does its job and have all the main apps I rcommend strongly because its better than an android phone for that but If u want games its alright but androids better.”
“Positives: 1) Amazing battery life, 2) Good physical quality feel to the device. 3) Not had a Windows phone before, very easy to get to grips with the UI. 4) The screen is very crisp and clear and has good saturation and contrast.
Negatives: All about Windows OS not the device 1) Is not easy to use the Google ecosystem. I got the device's native calendar and Google Calendar synching but was tricky. You have to access Google Docs though web browser. 2) Watch out for WiFi Sense being on by default when you are connecting to a new private network. 3) One app I want so far has been unavailable on this OS.”
“Really like this phone as it looks so different from all the usual Samsung and iphones around. Wanted something bright and colourful and this certainly fits the bill. It is fast, clear display, and easy to operate after a bit of practice! The only downside is that Windows still have a lot of work to do with their apps, as they are way behind Android or apple with regards to choice. More development needed to provide vital apps like persoanl banking, online stores etc.”
“When I received the phone it was so different to any I had had before. I was so anxious to use it I took it into Car Phone Warehouse in Cannock and asked for help as I am 73 and don't have much confidence. Because I hadn't bought it from their shop were reluctant to help which was disappointing. So a friend of mine came to see me and had a similar phone and got me started. After playing with it for a couple of days love it so much. Used satnav which was great. Love Facebook and playing games. I fill in my calendar which is so useful. I find the weather interesting and I am sure I have not used all the facilities as I am still learning.”
“I love the design, and feel of this phone.The camera is good, and i love the general set up of the phone, it has some good apps.
The only downside i would say is that the battery doesn't last long, i have to charge it at nights everyday! and you have to press quite firmly on the side button to switch the phone on,which can get annoying,Though once its up and running its very responsive and fast.
Overall, im happy with my phone.”
